Hiring Business Development Executive (Closed)
We look forward to hiring a passionate Hiring Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing division in an Intermediate Role. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn and grow his/her skills in the field and gain marketing and business development experience. Your primary focus will be generating leads, nurture them, manage them, update blog content to the website, client relation management, etc.
The Job would be to work directly under our CMO/Marketing Manager. We would look into the following details while Hiring Business Development Executive.
Graduate/ Post Graduate degree from any specialization. Any CS/IT degree/diploma/certification preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Online bidding at various platforms
- Generating leads through various other methods as directed by the manager
- Timely reply to the leads in Odd hours
- Following all the old leads and clients
- Managing company portfolio at various marketplace platforms.
- Managing daily checklist.
- Check all the inbound leads and reply to them.
- Sending Welcome Email to the clients and onboarding Email to talents
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
Required Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years’ experience in lead generation, online bidding, business development
- Well Written and Verbal English Skills
- Good Business sense
- Deep understanding of marketing principles
- Positive attitude
- Sharp business acumen
- High self-confidence, great networking, and public speaking skills.
Salary and Additional Information
- Yearly Compensation: As per market standards
- Office Hours: 5 days a week plus alternate Saturdays working. 10:30 AM to 8 PM
- Monthly parties and Friday evening snacks

- Increment: 10% to 30% for sure.
