We follow a cycle of regular feedback talks regarding every hurdle the team faces, any suggestions/ideas/improvements. Only talking to the person during the time of appraisal once a year is not something that we do in ScaleupAlly. Regular meetings are held with the HR and the seniors, to ensure that everything is working amazingly without any obstacle. Reviews are also done based upon the same. We keep a proper track of every person’s progress to help him/her in the areas where they are lacking behind. We also do appraisals once every year.
