Introduction
Zain Group, a major player in the telecom industry, struggled with massive data silos across its various operating entities. Vital information was trapped in separate billing, CRM, and finance systems, making it nearly impossible to track critical KPIs like revenue and churn in real-time. This fragmentation led to inconsistent reporting and slow decision-making, as teams spent more time manually consolidating spreadsheets than analysing actual business performance.
We were brought in to build a comprehensive, multi-entity analytics platform designed to centralise this data. Our primary goal was to provide leadership with a clear, consistent, and automated view of performance across the entire organisation, ensuring every department moved in the same strategic direction.
