ScaleupAlly has expertly managed the End-to-End Custom Software Development for traCXio’s SaaS Platform, encompassing both web and mobile applications. Our research prioritized features, market-appropriate designs, and operational systems. The SaaS platform includes customized dashboards for roles such as Company Admin, Department Heads, Duty Managers, and Super Admin, enhancing user experience by showcasing relevant metrics and tasks.
Key features include “Customer Journey”, “Service Blueprint” & Task Management for improved coordination. The Customer Journeys help visually map the interaction of customers with the business and then automatically convert it into service blueprints detailing essential elements like Line of Visibility & Line of Internal Interaction. Task Management features help efficiently manage operations & identify and resolve issues.
