Introduction
Third Republic is a community-based recruitment agency that specializes in the supply of Salesforce and software engineering skills to scaling companies in the US, UK, BeNeLux, and Germany. They needed a new recruitment platform that could connect top-rated off-market talent with leading employers in the industry. To build this platform, Third Republic engaged with Scaleupally, a web development company with extensive experience in the recruitment industry.
Methodology and Solution
Scaleupally worked closely with the Third Republic team since the initial planning phase of the project. They helped in the ideation and implementation of the platform with their rich prior experience of working with recruitment industry clients.
The development of the Third Republic platform was planned and implemented by Scaleupally. They started by identifying the key features required by Third Republic and conducted a detailed analysis of the current recruitment industry trends. Based on this analysis, they developed a roadmap and began building the platform in sprints.
During the development process, Scaleupally provided Third Republic with regular updates and conducted regular reviews to ensure that the platform was meeting their expectations. The platform was built using an Agile methodology, allowing for flexibility and quick feedback.
Scaleupally decided to use PHP-Symphony in the backend and HTML, CSS, Javascript, and ReactJS in the frontend to build the platform. AWS was used to handle complex loads.
