Our team delivered end-to-end development support, starting from user journey mapping and UI/UX design to building the web application, AI-integrated service layer, and cloud deployment. Methodology and Solution

  • Multi-Role Access Control: Built dedicated portals for Trainers, Company Admins, and Super Admins with defined capabilities.
  • Course & Topic Mapping: Super Admin can create and assign courses with customizable topics, subtopics, and AI model logic.
  • Secure AI Service Layer: Developed a Python-based service layer to interact with OpenAI, with IP-level protection and rate limiting.
  • Admin Analytics Dashboard: Company Admins and Super Admins can view training logs, sentiment analysis, and user engagement metrics.
  • Marketing Website: Delivered a responsive landing page to explain product offerings and convert visitors via inquiry forms.
