Introduction
Exuity is an online platform that connects property owners with real estate investors. Property owners can sell a fraction of their property’s value to passive investors through an auction system. The platform allows investors to compete based on the lowest “yield.” ScaleupAlly was hired by Exuity to develop the platform, which lasted for six months. In this case study, we’ll explore the methodology and results of the project.
Methodology and Solution
ScaleupAlly’s team of five worked on the development of the Exuity platform using various technologies. The platform was developed end-to-end, including features such as property listing, property management, auctioning, and more.
React Js and Next Js were used for the frontend development, while NodeJs was used for backend development. MongoDB was chosen as the database management system, and AWS RDS was used for hosting the platform. APIs were also integrated to enable the smooth flow of data.
During the development process, the team followed an agile methodology to ensure that the project met the client’s requirements. Daily stand-up meetings were held to ensure that each team member was aware of their tasks and progress, while weekly sprints were set to ensure that the project was delivered within the set timeframe.
Results
The development of the Exuity platform took six months, and the results were impressive. The platform is now fully functional, allowing property owners to list their properties and investors to compete for a fraction of the property’s value. The auction system is transparent, making it easy for investors to track their investments.
The Exuity platform has received positive feedback from both property owners and investors.
