Introduction
The Exponent Group Marketplace (“Marketplace”) is a platform for individuals to get support from spiritual directors and counsellors for stress management. Their main aim is to work towards the mental health, and mental wellbeing of professionals. With increased demands in day-to-day life in corporate America, makes it harder for professionals to deal with stress and uncertainty-ridden anxieties. Exponent Marketplace is an attempt to provide some solace.
With over 20 years of global ministry experience, they offer resources like discipleship training, leadership coaching, spiritual direction, and retreat development. The marketplace functions exactly like UpWork currently functions with the ability to search provider profiles, message with them, determine rates and schedules, pay into an escrow account to begin engagement and pay providers upon completion. This is a two-way platform meaning providers and consumers can both be rated. For this, ScaleupAlly and Exponent joined hands to build this elaborated Marketplace.
Methodology and Solution
ScaleupAlly researched features, and mapped out the UI/UX designs for the marketplace development. From categorizing each section into subsections, keeping in mind the functionality of every individual using the marketplace in real-time. Here, ‘Individual’ Identifiers are SuperAdmin, Service Provider, User/ Consumer. We built features like Fund Wallet, Chat Box with Quotation Box, Login Authentications, User & Provider Management Dashboard for the SuperAdmin (i.e., the Exponent Team), Booking & Appointment Management System, embedded Intro Video option and Customized Settings option for every individual.
